• Appointment Cancellation Policy

    Clients are required to cancel or reschedule their appointments at least 48 hours before their appointment (this is applicable to appointments booked within 48 hours and same-day booked appointments as well).

    If a client late cancels, late reschedules, or no shows, then they will either

    • forfeit their deposit, or
    • forfeit their prepaid service/session, or
    • be charged a $50 fee prior to rebooking.

    Lavande Spa has instated this policy to best utilize the time of our providers in serving the needs of clients, and ensure that quality service is provided in a timely manner. Therefore, all clients will be held to this policy.

  • Membership Policy

    Clients are welcome to sign on with the annual Lavande Membership Program to enjoy additional discounts on all service and product purchases in our office. However, there are some terms to be aware of while enjoying these benefits.

    Memberships are not transferrable between clients and nonrefundable after 30 days. Membership benefits are only applicable to the named member, thus gifts may not be purchased with the membership discount and services purchased with the membership discount may not be transferred to non-members. The terms and pricing for the membership are subject to change. Membership fees involve annual coverage, but there will be no auto-renew – clients will have to opt into the Lavande Membership Program again to continue to enjoy benefits.

  • Payment Policy

    Lavande Spa accepts all major credit cards (Visa, AmEx, Discover, Mastercard, etc.), CareCredit, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and cash (though there is no additional discount for the use of cash). Lavande also offers a text-to-pay system with a secure payment portal.

    Lavande Spa does NOT accept check under any circumstances.

    All payments must be made in full before or immediately following your appointment, as we do not offer in-office financing (though CareCredit is a form of financing you may want to take advantage of).

  • Refund/Return Policy

    Prepaid services are nonrefundable 30 days after purchase, after which services may be converted into credit for use in the office. Memberships are also nonrefundable 30 days after purchase, after which it may be converted into office credit in a pro-rated manner. Received services are nonrefundable.

    Packages that are not completely used will have service sessions charged and reduced from the paid price, and either be refunded (if within 30 days) or converted into office credit (if after 30 days).

    Products will only be refunded within 1 week of purchase of they are broken, defective, or completely unopened or unused. Lavande Spa offers product samples for clients to test out prior to purchasing, and thus will be strict on this product refund/return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Exchange Policy

    Generally, conversion of prepaid services into credit is possible for any unused service, and funds may be redirected at any time. Service exchange is always allowed.

    Used products will not be exchanged.

  • Deposit Policy

    All clients, even our members, must pay a deposit prior to booking their appointments in order to hold the appointment spot. Clients that are unable to provide a deposit will not be booked. Deposits will not be taken for prepaid service bookings. Deposits will be $50-$200 depending on the service, and be deducted from the service total after clients get treatment. Deposits will be retained if clients violate the Lavande Cancellation Policy.

  • Kids Club Policy

    Parents are welcome to bring their children to Lavande with them during their appointments. Lavande Spa offers a Kids Club to keep children preoccupied while their parents use our facilities; however, Lavande Spa does not assume responsibility or liability for the children, and parents will have to sign a Release acknowledging this fact. Children will not be supervised, they will merely have an entertaining child-friendly space to pass the time in. The minimum age for the Kids Club is 4-5, or an age where your child is able to remain independent with minimal supervision.

  • Referral Policy

    Clients that refer friends and family that make a purchase of over $100 in our office during their first appointment will get a $10 referral credit to use towards any products or services we offer.

  • Service Expiration Policy

    Prepaid services will expire from client accounts approximately 1 year from the date of purchase. Prepaid packages will expire from client accounts approximately 2 years from the date of purchase. These items will become unrecoverable after expiration.

  • Service Transfer Policy

    Services are generally transferrable between clients, so long as a member is not transferring a discounted service to a non-member.

    We have not enabled Google AdSense on our site but we may do so in the future.

    California Online Privacy Protection Act

    CalOPPA is the first state law in the nation to require commercial websites and online services to post a privacy policy. The lawā€™s reach stretches well beyond California to require any person or company in the United States (and conceivably the world) that operates websites collecting Personally Identifiable Information from California consumers to post a conspicuous privacy policy on its website stating exactly which information is being collected and those individuals or companies with whom it is being shared.     CAN SPAM Act

    The CAN-SPAM Act is a law that sets the rules for commercial email, establishes requirements for commercial messages, gives recipients the right to have emails stopped from being sent to them, and spells out tough penalties for violations.
